According to a recent survey from ESW, U.S. consumers' sustainability-mindedness dipped slightly, scoring 49 this year compared to 51 in 2023. However, consumers increasingly prioritize sustainably shipped products, with 51% willing to pay more and 77% willing to wait longer, as per Radial's report. Retailers must communicate clearly and provide real-time updates for trust while rising costs hinder the switch to sustainable packaging.
